I have 9 years of experience in user-centered design of web sites and applications, and a solid understanding of methods and best practices in Interaction Design, User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and User Experience Research.
I am currently a Sr. Product Manager in the Health Plan Institute of Kaiser Permanente, where I direct the analysis and definition of effective web-based performance support solutions to support business needs for Kaiser Permanente's Health Plan Marketing, Sales, Service and Administration (MSSA) functions. I am no longer consulting.

The California Institute for Quantitative Bioscience is an amazing nexus of bioscience and biotech research. They were looking to redesign their web site to better communicate with a variety of target audiences, including potential industry partners. I'm working with a team from Quinn Interactive as the Information Architect/User Interface Designer on the project, which is currently entering development.
As the Information Architect and User Interface Designer, I was responsible for:Socialmedia is a recent startup who is already a dominant player in the social network advertising market. They needed to redesign their site in order to more clearly communicate with their target audiences of advertisers and developers and more easily generate leads. I worked with a team from nr10 on the redesign effort to provide a new IA and UI for the site and a tracking and sales application.
As the Information Architect and User Interface Designer, I was responsible for:A stealth-mode start-up wanted to create a series of web applications enabling users to track their health-related behaviors and providing them with incentives to improve their well-being.
